Shows such as ours are always looking for ways to help the development the show and at the South Suffolk Show we gratefully appreciate any support or sponsorship, which helps us to work towards achieving the aims of the show.
There are four ways in which companies can offer their support or sponsorship, these are:

1)  Sponsorship can be taken for a specific class or group of classes in either the Horse or Livestock sections. The value of this form of sponsorship varies considerably and is accounted as the total prize money for the class or classes.

2)  If your Company has a fixed sum available, which does not cover the total costs of the selected class or classes, this sum may be given as a donation and will be recognised as supporting the class or classes.

3)  If your Company has a fixed sum available it may also be accounted to the General Prize Fund or it may be recognised as support for a specific area of the show, for example, for one of the activities included in the Grand Ring, or the Food Hall, or the Vintage Tractor Display.

4)  Provision of a service or services

What will you get in return for sponsoring or supporting the ‘South Suffolk’?

Each sponsor or supporter will have a sponsorship pack which is individually tailored and could include Presidential Drinks Reception invitation, luncheon for two or four in the Vice Presidents/Members Marquee, a free full or half page advertisement in the official show catalogue, the use of the Grand Ring/Section Rings fencing for attaching banners etc., and /or a free trade stand as a part of their individual package which is totally dependant on the sum or service being offered The show also adopts the policy of acknowledging sponsors and supporters whenever and wherever possible. Among those attending the day will be local businesses, families and serious competitors who are simply keen on animal matters and the country life. Your market will be present and enjoying themselves, whoever they may be.

Presidential Drinks invitation, Grand Ring banner, free 1/2 page advertisement in the show catalogue and acknowledgement around the showground.

>£500

Presidential Drinks Invitation, Luncheon for Two, Grand Ring banner, free full-page advertisement in the show catalogue and acknowledgement around the showground and a free 6 metre trade stand if required.

>£1000 and over

Presidential Drinks Invitation, Luncheon for Four, Grand Ring banner, free full page advertisement in the show catalogue and acknowledgement around the showground and a free 12 metre trade stand if required.
