Trade Stand, Craft Marquee and Food Hall – General Information…

Premium Trade Stands are positioned with frontage to the Grand Ring or the Countryside Ring and adjacent areas. Those fronting the Grand Ring are by invitation only. Charges for these sites are £20 per metre frontage and the sites are 11 metres deep if booking is made by 21st March and £22 per metre thereafter. Electricity and water are not supplied.

Standard Trade Stand charges are £13 per metre frontage and the sites are 7 metres deep if booking is made by 21st March and £15 per metre thereafter. Electricity and water are not supplied.

The minimum frontage of all Trade Stands is 6 metres. Corner sites can be reserved at a surcharge of 25% and requests for deeper and wider stand spaces will be charged on a pro rata basis and reservations should be made through the Secretary.

Heavy Agricultural Trade Stands are available at discounted rates (please contact the Secretary for further details).

Craft Marquee charges are £37.50 for approximately 8 ft by 6 ft  unit space if booking made by 21st March and £40 per space thereafter. A larger space can be provided, in half and full unit sizes only. Electricity and water are not supplied within the marquee.

Food Hall charges are £60 for a space of approximately 10 ft by 6 ft supplied electricity or £50 without electricity if booking is made by 21st March and £65 and £55 respectively per space thereafter. A larger space can be provided, in half and full unit sizes only. Water is not supplied within the marquee.
