We offer a range of sponsorship opportunities. Should you wish to be part of the South Suffolk Show 2026 and advertise your company to thousands of potential customers please download and complete the below form and return to the Show Secretary with a cheque to the sum of your chosen sponsorship package or a request for a BACS transfer reference, or if you have any queries please call and we will be delighted to discuss further with you.
Sponsorship schemes and benefits
Bronze Sponsorship @ £150 provides;
- Entry for 2 to The South Suffolk Show, with forward parking,
- 1/4 page advert for your company in the show catalogue,
- Your company’s banner on display in the Grand Ring alongside other sponsors,
- Acknowledgment of your support on show day by the show commentator,
- Recognition on the sponsors page of the Show Catalogue and the South Suffolk Show website.
Silver Sponsorship @ £300 provides;
- Tickets for 2 to attend our Friday night pre-show party and mingle with guests, show stewards and other sponsors,
- Entry for 2 to The South Suffolk Show, with forward parking,
- Pre-lunch drinks for 2 with the Show President,
- 1/2 page advert for your company in the show catalogue,
- Your company’s banner on display in the Grand Ring alongside other sponsors,
- Acknowledgment of your support on show day by the show commentator,
- Recognition on the sponsors page of the Show Catalogue and the South Suffolk Show website.
Gold Sponsorship @ £500 provides;
- Tickets for 2 to attend our Friday night pre-show party and mingle with guests, show stewards and other sponsors,
- Entry for 2 to The South Suffolk Show, with forward parking,
- Pre-lunch drinks for 2 with the Show President,
- Lunch for 2 on show day in the ‘Members Tent’, and use of the exclusive main ring seating area.
- A full page advert for your company in the show catalogue,
- 40% off trade stand charges should you wish to exhibit, depending on availability,
- Your company’s banner on display in the Grand Ring, alongside other sponsors,
- Acknowledgment of your support on show day by the show commentator,
- Recognition on the sponsors page of the Show Catalogue and the South Suffolk Show website.
Specific Marquee Sponsorship, providing shade or shelter whatever the weather brings @ £1,250 per marquee. Marquees available for sponsorship are the Lifestyle Marquee and the Food Hall Marquee, to be agreed on an individual basis, and benefits include;
- Tickets for 2 to attend our Friday night pre-show party and mingle with guests, show stewards and other sponsors
- Entry for 2 to The South Suffolk Show, with forward parking,
- Pre-lunch drinks for 2 with the Show President,
Lunch for 2 on show day in the ‘Members Marquee’, and use of the exclusive main ring seating area. - A full page advert for your company in the show catalogue,
- 40% off trade stand charges should you wish to exhibit, depending on availability,

- Advertising with banners, bunting, leaflets or similar around the specific marquee sponsored, exclusive only to those specific marquee sponsors,
